Service Description

Our youth sporting clays clinic is an educational and fun event designed to introduce young people to the exciting sport of sporting clays. Participants will learn about firearm safety, proper shooting techniques, and the fundamentals of sporting clays in a safe and supportive environment. The clinic will typically cover topics such as: * Firearm safety: Participants will learn the basic rules of firearm safety, including how to handle firearms responsibly and how to store them safely. * Shooting fundamentals: Participants will learn the proper stance, grip, and sight alignment for shooting shotguns. They will also learn how to lead moving targets and how to swing their shotguns smoothly. * Sporting clays course etiquette: Participants will learn the rules of the sporting clays course, including how to move safely between stations and how to respect other shooters. * Clay target presentations: Participants will learn about the different types of clay target presentations used in sporting clays, such as incoming, outgoing, crossing, and quartering targets. * Hands-on shooting experience: Participants will have the opportunity to shoot at a variety of clay targets under the guidance of experienced instructors. Youth sporting clays clinics are a great way for young people to learn about firearm safety, develop their shooting skills, and have fun. Cost includes instruction, targets, ammo, eye and ear protection, and gun rental.
